3/21/15 RMB Tail Gate
Dear Rita Mae Brown,
Today I was delighted to hear that there is another Mrs.
Murphy Mystery in the works and will be available May 26, 2015: Tail
Gate.
The more work I put into my own first novel, the more I
appreciate the many you have produced. At today’s writer’s workshop it was
asked of us to consider the very first writer. What did that writer have to convey?
The water is good, or bad, here. Keep the fire lit.
And what will the future reader seek when they reach for the
books that live in us, yet to be written? What will the reader find? We are carriers of a message,
messages of life.
